The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified external quality review organizations (EQRO) to perform readiness reviews and undertake external quality review (EQR) activities consistent with federal regulations for Louisiana’s Coordinated Care Networks. The Coordinated Care Networks will consist of two models: Coordinated Care Network-Shared Savings (CCN-S) model and Coordinated Care Network-Prepaid (CCN-P) model. The EQRO will provide analysis and evaluation of aggregated information on the CCNs’ quality, timeliness, and access to certain Medicaid covered health care services. DHH anticipates having two (2) to three (3) CCN-P entities and two (2) to three (3) CCN-S entities in each of three (3) Geographic Service Area (GSA)s. The Contractor will provide services in all GSAs to all CCN-P and CCN-S entities.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers to provide supplemental registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, who will provide services for an approximate overall average of 100 hours per week (depending on hospital determined need) to children, adolescents, and adults with acute and/or chronic psychiatric illnesses. There will be no charge nurses required for this contract.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers to provide up to six qualified full-time desktop computer technicians to support DHH users in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Three technicians will be deployed in Baton Rouge, three in New Orleans. Each technician will work 40 hours per week for the duration of the contract.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers that provide the administration of an in-person, face-to-face Participant Experience Survey (PES) to Home and Community Based waiver or State Plan service participants throughout the State of Louisiana. The independent professional evaluator will measure the participant’s experience and satisfaction with the quality of services provided. The survey includes questions across multiple Dimensions of Quality including: access to services, service planning and delivery, health and safety, community and social connections, work and employment, housing, and rights, responsibilities and risks.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers to perform the following activities as primary for the fee-for-service Medicaid recipient population and as secondary for Medicaid recipients enrolled in Coordinated Care Network (CCN)s after time has expired for the CCNs to bill and collect from responsible third parties: 1) develop and implement a cost avoidance process in conjunction with maintenance of the Medicaid resource file; 2) develop and implement a collection process for seeking reimbursement from liable third party health insurers for medical services provided under Title XIX and Title XXI; 3) perform annual hospital and long- term care provider reviews; 4) augment the fiscal intermediary (FI)’s Medicare Parts A, B, and D recovery efforts; 5) administer the Louisiana Health Insurance Premium Payment program (LaHIPP), and 6) submit optional innovative concepts such as asset verification services, special needs trust services, CMS RAC (Recovery Audit Contractor) activities, Express Lane eligibility assistance (data matches with the La. Department of Education, the La. Department of Revenue, etc.) as well as other concepts for consideration and evaluation based on usefulness, practicality, and likelihood of successful implementation.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers to provide supervisory and direct care personnel for the 24 hour per day, 365 days per year operation of two transitional houses. Southeast Louisiana Hospital will contract with one provider to provide those services.
