One-Day Long-term Care Training Workshops: Wednesday, March 21 or Thursday, March 22, 2018

  • Participation is restricted to current employees of nursing homes located in Louisiana.
  • Each workshop will accommodate no more than 75 attendees.
  • Facilities may send no more than one (1) representative per location.
  • The same materials will be presented on March 21st and March 22nd, so interested persons are asked to register for only one day of the LTC Workshop.

APIC EPI® Intensive: April 3-6, 2018

  • Participation is restricted to current employees of acute care hospitals located in Louisiana.
  • The activity will accommodate no more than 55 attendees.
  • Attendance at the full, four-day activity is required.
  • Facilities may send no more than one (1) representative per location.

Registration is free of charge through the Louisiana HAI/AR Program (attendees are responsible for their own travel, per diem, and hotel stay costs). Continuing Nursing Educational (CNE) credits will be provided to attendees, and each workshop will be held at Holiday Inn Downtown-Superdome (330 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, LA). Full registration information will be distributed in February 2018 along with hotel room block details.
