On Saturday, March 27, 2010 New Orleans Recreation Department (NORD) will host a Health and Recreation Fair themed "Get Active and Aware". The event will take place at Annunciation Park 800 Race Street, New Orleans from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Representatives from the LaCHIP Office will be on hand to help with the completion of application as well as answer any questions about any of the Medicaid Programs.
