Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
The Continuous Performance Management System (CPM) launched January 2025 via SuccessFactors.
The performance year will now be based on a calendar year, from January 1 - December 31 annually.

Launch CPM- Continuous Performance Management will launch through SuccessFactors. PES Plannings and Evaluations will now follow a calendar year (January-December annually), and be completed electronically. |

January 1, 2025- February 15, 2025 |
CPM Planning period- complete online in LEO via SuccessFactors by February 15, 2025 (LDH Internal Deadline). All Supervisors will receive emails once the CPM Planning forms have been launched. |

Employee's appointed on or afer October 1, 2025 |
Shall be rated "Not Evaluated" |

Evaluation Period |
January 1 - March 1, 2026; Due to HR on or before March 1, 2026. |
