In response to Act 710 of the 2018 regular session of the Louisiana Legislature, the “Healthy Louisiana Claims Report” is submitted to the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget and the House and Senate Committees on Health and Welfare.

In response to HCR 57 of the 2020 Regular Legislative Session, the Louisiana Department of Health submits the Quarterly Crowd-Out Report.

In response to HR 38 of the 2020 Regular Legislative Session, the Louisiana Department of Health submits the Remote Patient Monitoring report.

In response to HCR 5 of the 2019 Regular Legislative Session, the Louisiana Department of Health submits the Medicaid Assessment report.

In accordance with House Concurrent Resolution 2 of the 2020 First Extraordinary Legislative Session, the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) submits the Medicaid Assessment report.

In response to ACT 482 of the 2018 Regular Legislative Session the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is required to submit the Medicaid Managed Care Quarterly Transparency report.

SB 337 of the 2008 Regular Session required DHH to provide that as a condition of payment of uncompensated care costs, all state and non-state hospitals and other health care facilities, excluding rural hospitals included in the Rural Hospital Preservation Act, report to DHH patient specific data on the amount and type of uncompensated care provided and all requested data on the amount and type of other services and activities financed by uncompensated care payments. The bill further directs DHH to provide a quarterly summary of reported information to the governor and to the legislature.
