  • Informational Bulletin 15-5, "Retrospective Eligibility Requests for Precertification" has been revised. Please note the change in fax number for Aetna Better Health. 
  •  Informational Bulletin 15-11, "Behavioral Health Provider Next Steps Toward Integration" has been released.
