BATON ROUGE - On Friday, Dec. 14, Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals Secretary Bruce D. Greenstein will announce the agency's plan for mid-year spending reductions to State General Funds. The reductions are in response to a drop in the state's revenue-forecasting for the current Fiscal Year.
