Study of Impact of Medicaid Reimbursement Methodology on Access to Care for Medicare/Medicaid Duals Report

HR 91 of the 2009 Regular Session requested that LDH study the effect of decreasing Medicare- Medicaid crossover payments on dually eligible people with Medicare and Medicaid in Louisiana and to report study findings and recommendations to the legislature.
