Regulatory Training Videos
The viewing of these videos is mandatory and required by licensing standards for new applicants who are applying for a Home and Community Based Service license for the first time. The videos may also be used by existing providers as a staff training resource. The videos cover the Home and Community Based Services licensing standards, Home and Community Based Services complaint process, the Direct Service Worker Registry and information from Medicaid Program Integrity on avoiding hiring excluded individuals. Each video contains some test questions at the end and the viewer is able to print a certificate after completing each part.
