Provisional Medicaid |
Provisional Medicaid provides standard coverage (hospital and doctor care, medications, etc.) for individuals who are either age 65 and older or disabled. The person’s monthly income must be less than $750.

Medically Needy and Medically Needy Spend Down Programs |
Covers Individuals or families. To qualify, income must be at or below a set amount. Qualifying income varies based on household size and where an individual lives. If an individual or family has short-term or recurring medical expenses that far exceed their income, they may qualify for one of these programs.

Nursing Homes: Community Homes
|
Long Term Care Special Income Level |
Provides Medicaid coverage for individuals who are aged, blind or disabled and who qualify for institutional level of care because of their medical needs. These individuals can receive care in long-term care facilities, or in their home or community through a waiver. The income limit to qualify must be more than $750 per month. |
