Teachers, school staff and childcare workers across Louisiana are now eligible to receive vaccines to help protect them against COVID-19. On March 2, 2021, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued a directive that all states immediately make eligible staff of Pre-K through 12 schools and childcare workers for COVID-19 vaccination across all vaccination providers.
