Payment Information for K-12 Safer, Smarter Schools Testing Program

The incentive program is restructured to send each participant that has tested at least 10 times from August 2022 to December 2022 a $100 US Bank card to the mailing address on file with the Safer, Smarter Schools program.

This will eliminate any discrepancies there were in the past with receiving a virtual card emailed to participants or a physical card received via USPS mail service. If funding is available, there will also be a second $100 card mailed in May 2023 to participants that have tested at least 10 times from January 2023 to May 2023. 

As a reminder, the COVID-19 testing program is 100% voluntary for participants. Testing is not mandated by any current state or federal regulations and is up to the discretion of the individual district or school(s). Registration and consent must be given by parents or legal guardians for any participant under 18 years old before any testing will begin.
