Over the last year, LDH has worked diligently to deliver on the various initiatives in its (FY) 2023 Business Plan, Invest: Teaming Up for a Stronger LDH and a Healthier Louisiana.
As a testament to the results of these initiatives, LDH has released its 2023 Outcomes Report, which discusses how LDH was able to deliver on this year’s ambitious initiatives aimed at improving the lives of Louisianans. As detailed in the report, LDH met 91.1% of the 45 goals and completed 92.5% of the 253 deliverables outlined in the business plan.
The primary categories in which LDH focused on and made measurable improvements include:
- Improving health and well-being across the lifespan of Louisianans
- Supporting vulnerable and underserved populations
- Investing in and empowering #TeamLDH
- Improving performance, accountability, and compliance
- Strengthening customer service, partnerships, and community relations
We are excited to share these outcomes with you. We are even more excited to continue these initiatives in 2024 and further strengthen our mission to improve the quality of life for residents across the great state of Louisiana.
