NOTICE

A-J Operator Renewal Invoices and Non-Renewal Letters have been mailed out. Renewal  Invoices can be obtained below. 

There was a software error that removed hours from certain operators. Efforts were made to correct the issue; however, regrettably, not all discrepancies could be successfully traced and resolved. If you received a Non-Renewal letter in error, please email opcert@la.gov or call 225-342-7508 and we will review your file and make the correction.

Payments can be made Online using this link: https://www.la.egov.com/ldh/operatorrenewal/Renewals/Credentials

or via check or money order via mail. Please note, processing times via mail payments take longer due to the mail handling in our building. When mailing payments please include your invoice, if we do not know what a payment is for we will mail back the payment. 

A new Operator ID card will be mailed once your renewal has been processed. If you have never received an Operator ID card please email us your picture for the card (No hats or sunglasses) to opcert@la.gov
