The Upperroom Bible Church will host its church Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, August 15, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The church is located at 8600 Lake Forest Boulevard in New Orleans.
Representatives from the Medicaid Office will be on hand to answer questions and help with the completion of applications.
