Prior to executing an amendment to the Louisiana Medicaid managed care program contract with a managed care organization or other entity, as defined in 42 CFR 438.2, LDH will publish the entire proposed contract amendment to provide public comment for a period of 30 days unless the amendment(s) are deemed of an imminent peril to the public health, safety, or welfare and requiring immediate approval.
