Continuous Performance Management (CPM)

The Continuous Performance Management System (CPM) launched January 2025 via SuccessFactors.

The performance year will now be based on a calendar year, from January 1 - December 31 annually.



Important Dates

Employee's appointed on or after October 1, 2025

Shall be rated "Not Evaluated"

Mandatory Training for Supervisors Available on October 1, 2025

SCS CPTP CPM Evaluation Process in SuccessFactors - This course is mandatory for all classified supervisors. Supervisors must take this course no later than 12/31/25 and within 90 days of hire for any supervisor hired from the date of this general circular forward. The course will become available on October 1, 2025.

Evaluation Period

January 1 - February 15, 2026 - CPM due to HR on or before February 15, 2026.

Agency Review

March 16, 2026 - Deadline for a permanent classified employee who has received an "Unsuccessful" performance evaluation rating to request an Agency Review.
