A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the Good Ole Days Festival on June 6, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held in Downtown Hall Summit. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
