Shreveport-LAPATHS 2nd Annual Health and Information Fair

The LAPATH organization will hold their 2nd Annual Health and Information Fair on Friday June 25, 2010 from 3:00pm-5:00pm.  This conference will be held exclusively for HIV clients, their families, and caregivers.  This will give the attendees an opportunity to get information to help with health and wellness.  The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP Outreach Team will be on hand to distribute information, assist with applying for and updating insurance information.
