What is LA-Y.E.S.?
LA-Y.E.S. is our states system of care project, designed to connect families, community
organizations, faith-based groups, schools, and child-serving community agencies to improve mental health services for youth between 3 and 21 years old in Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, and St. Bernard parishes.
What do we need?
· We need parents who want to be actively involved in their childs mental health plan.
· We need mental health agency representatives who want to be actively involved in improving childrens mental health service delivery.
· We need school teachers and workers who want to improve childrens classroom behavior.
· We need neighborhood groups, businesses and churches that want to increase the quality of life in their communities.
· We need YOU!
How can you get involved?
Become a member of the LA-Y.E.S. Consortium. Voice your concerns about the state
