Northshore-Hammond City Court and TPSB Back-to-School Resource Fair

The Hammond City Court and Tangipahoa Parish School Board is hosting a "Back to School" Resource Fair to be held on Friday, July 22, 2010 at Hammond Westside Primary, 2500 Westpark Avenue, Hammond.  The event will be held from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. and backpacks and supplies will be given to hundreds of children attending.  There will be many other community resources providers and information to visit.

LaCHIP representatives will be on board with onsite application capability for those wishing to apply for Medicaid (LaCHIP, LaCHIP Affordable, Take Charge, MSP, MPP, Family Opportunity Act), as well as, answer any questions concerning existing Medicaid
