Rayville REACH Program:

The Rayville REACH Program, Inc. operates a licensed Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Prevention Program at 310 McCaa Street, Rayville, LA. The Program serves Rayville area with a population of approximately 8,500 people. The operating hours are 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., open all school breaks (may be closed on state holidays).

The REACH program is an organized community effort to motivate our citizens, particularly our youth, to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. The program achieves this goal by providing the citizens with educational instruction, self-esteem training, positive alternatives to social activities that result in negative and often illegal actions by our youth, and proper role models. The program also provides after school tutoring, assistance with homework, recreational activities, creative art instruction, drug awareness and prevention activities and social skills. This program works closely with the community, local school district, local and state agencies and other concerned groups.
