University of Louisiana at Monroe Alcohol and Drug Prevention operates a licensed alcohol, tobacco and Other Drugs Prevention Program at 700 University Avenue, Strauss Hall, Room 116. The program serves the entire university student body. The operating hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays as deemed appropriate. The program observes all state holidays.
The purpose of this program is to reduce the incidence of alcohol and drug abuse on the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus through the provision of information dissemination, Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs education, problem identification/referral and community based strategies.
