HIV Direct Services
Direct services are provided through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act, Part B, which provides formula-based grant awards to improve the quality, availability and organization of health care and supportive services for input from individuals and families affected by HIV disease.
The STD/HIV Program funds several Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) throughout the state to plan and prioritize the service needs of HIV-infected individuals, as well as to provide a forum for members of the infected and affected community.
