Bayou Health is now Healthy Louisiana

Healthy Lousiana published new and revised Informational Bulletins for providers today.

Informational Bulletin 16-10, "Billing for Specialized Mental Health and Substance Use Services for Members with Commercial Insurance and Medicaid" is now available online.

Also, Informational Bulletin 15-17, Billing for Specialized Mental Health and Substance Use Services for Dual Eligibles was revised.

Informational Bulletins cover a variety of topics related to Healthy Louisiana, and all are available at www.MakingMedicaidBetter.com. 

Additionally, behavioral health providers can now find online points of contact with each of the five Managed Care Organizations (MCO) for assistance with claims and contracting issues.
