Baton Rouge, La. - Department of Health and Hospitals Secretary Kathy Kliebert and Public Health Assistant Secretary J.T. Lane will join industry leaders Thursday, Nov. 21 at a press conference to highlight the overhaul of the retail food inspection system. Secretary Kliebert and the Assistant Secretary for Public Health will outline changes in the retail food inspection program that are essential to protecting the health and safety of residents who dine or shop at restaurants, grocery stores, school cafeterias and other retail food locations throughout Louisiana.
