A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the SPAR'S Family Music Series on May 23, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at 3901 Fairfield Avenue in Shreveport. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs.
