A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at SPAR's 1st Annual Children's Health Fair/Teddy Bear Picnic on June 11, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held at 547 E. 79th Street in Shreveport. Representatives from the Shreveport Region 7 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all other Medicaid programs. Please stop by if you have questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
