LaCHIP Representatives from the Calcasieu DHH/Medicaid office will be at Drew Park in Lake Charles on Monday, June 8, 2009. Medicaid representatives will be on site to distribute information as well as take LaCHIP/Medicaid applications and ongoing Medicaid coverage may be renewed.
