On Saturday June 13, 2009, the Louisiana Square is holding a Juneteenth Family Reunion and Festival. This is a cultural heritage celebration of freedom. There will be live music, a Children's Village, Arts & Crafts, African Dancers & Historical Exhibits. A LaCHIP informational table will be set up to distribute information on Medicaid programs from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
