SPAR Valencia Community Center will host the 15th Annual Unity in the Community Festival on August 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be free food, space walk, face painting, games, boys, girls, and adult basketball tournaments and music entertainment for all. The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP office will be on hand to assist with completing applications for Medicaid assistance.
