Shreveport-Trinity Height Baptist Church Health Fair

The Trinity Heights Baptist Church will host their Annual Health Fair on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Glucose screenings, blood pressure checks, nutrition information, are just some of the activities that this health fair entails. Please bring the whole family.  The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP Outreach team will be on hand to distribute, assist with completing applications, and updating insurance information.  FREE promotional items will be given away compliments of the Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP office.
