BATON ROUGE - Community Health Fair

Audubon Elementary School will host a Community Health Fair on Friday, April 23, 2010 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. at 10730 Goodwood Blvd in Baton Rouge.  Health Fairs are an effective way to provide valuable health information and screening services to a large number of people at once.  This Health Fair will provide free screenings, tests, valuable health information and activities for he kids.

The EBR LaCHIP Outreach Team will be on hand to provide information regarding our various health insurance programs and to assist anyone who wish to apply for benefits. There will also be free promotional items for everyone.
