The Pentecost Missionary Baptist Church Health Fair will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Screening test and health information will be provided at no cost to the public.
LaCHIP representatives will be onsite to assist anyone wishing to apply for LaCHIP and other Medicaid programs.
