Northshore-Kids Konnection 4th Annual Read for the Record

A WORLD RECORD OF CHILDREN READING TOGETHER- The Junior League of Greater Covington Presents Jumpstart's Read for the Record 4th Annual Event on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Koop Drive Kids Konnection Playground.

Jumpstart’s Read for the Record brings national attention to the importance of preparing our children to read at an early age by organizing the world’s largest shared reading experience.  Jumpstart’s Read for the Record campaign, and intensive early education program, puts books in the homes of children who need them most and focuses on helping them make gains in crucial language and literacy skills.

LaCHIP representatives will be onsite to assist anyone wishing to apply for LaCHIP and other Medicaid programs.
