Deville: Philadelphia Baptist Church Health Fair

Medicaid representatives will be at the Senior Adult Health Fair event at Philadelphia Baptist Church in Deville on Tuesday October 12th.  Useful information on all Medicaid programs, including LaCHIP, LaMOMS, Take Charge, and the Medicare Savings Program, will be available.  Attendees will be able to complete applications on-site and update their contact information, as well as have their health insurance questions answered.  Also, visit www.lachip.org for more information on all Medicaid programs.
