The Christus Schumpert Medical Center in Coushatta, LA will host their Annual Health Fair on Wednesday October 13, 2010 from 8:30am-noon. Free blood pressure check and glucose screening will be offered. The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP Outreach Team will be on hand to distribute information, assist with applying for , and updating insurance information.
