The Hammond Junior High School Open House will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010 starting at 5:30 p.m.
A Northshore LaCHIP representative will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and other Medicaid programs. They will also be available to assist anyone wishing to apply for LaCHIP or who desire to update their LaCHIP information.
