BATON ROUGE - Step Out Walk to Fight Diabetes

The American Diabetes Association will be hosting their Annual Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes event on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at the Capital Park Welcome Center - Downtown Baton Rouge locate at 702 North River Road, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70801 from 8am til 12pm.  The American Diabetes Association, with the help of our local community, is committed to diabetes prevention, finding cure for diabetes and improving the lives of all 24 million Americans affected by diabetes.

The East Baton Rouge Medicaid LaCHIP outreach team will be on hand to assit those interested in applying for coverage or to answer any questions regarding our various programs.
