Moreauville: Avoyelles High School Health Fair

Medicaid representatives will be at the frist annual Avoyelles High School Health Fair held at the school campus on Wednesday November 3, 2010 beginning at 8:30 AM. An informational booth will be available with details on all Medicaid programs, including LaCHIP, LaMOMS, Medicaid Purchase Plan, and the Medicare Savings Program.  Attendees will be able to complete applications on-site and update their contact information, as well as have their health insurance questions answered.  Also visit www.lachip.org for more information on all Medicaid programs.
