Health Standards Section SIMS

1. In an Internet Explorer window, go to Tools, Internet Options. In the section "Browsing history", click the "Delete" button.
2. Close Internet Explorer
3. Click the following link and enter your SIMS credentials:  www.ldh.la.gov/sim

If you are a nusing facility or ICF-IID, please contact the Aministrator at your provider.

HSS is aware of this issue and we are working with the developer to implement a solution.
