Bayou Health has revised an Informational Bulletin for providers today.

Informational Bulletin 16-1, "Billing for Rehabilitation Services" has been revised.

Please note that we have added additional detail regarding the submission of age modifiers for each Managed Care Organization (see page 2, number 3).
