Medicaid's Provider Portal is temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance. New users cannot create an account on lamedicaid.com, and providers are not able to complete provider enrollment at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience. We do not know how long the system will be unavailable but we will communicate with you again as soon we have more information.

When the system is back online, providers will have a new process for creating an account. To create a new account, providers will need their Gainwell Provider ID. Providers can get their Gainwell Provider ID by calling Gainwell at 1-833-641-2140 or by contacting the Louisiana Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.
