BATON ROUGE - Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals Secretary Bruce D. Greenstein will gather with officials from the Louisiana Hospital Association (LHA), the Louisiana State Medical Society (LSMS), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the March of Dimes and other Louisiana health care leaders to applaud the 20 Louisiana hospitals who have chosen to implement the Department's 39 Week Initiative for healthier moms and babies.
Those who cannot attend are encouraged to watch the live streaming, which will be presented on the Department's website.
