Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals Secretary Bruce D. Greenstein will demonstrate the Department's new food safety website, www.eatsafe.la.gov, which will feature the sanitary inspection reports of the nearly 34,000 Louisiana retail food establishments DHH permits and inspects.
The press conference will be streamed live from the Department website, www.dhh.la.gov for those who cannot be in attendance.
