NEW ORLEANS - Tomorrow, the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, in partnership with LAMMICO, the Louisiana Hospital Association and the March of Dimes, is holding the first Louisiana Perinatal Care Improvement Summit. Perinatal quality experts from across the country and DHH Secretary Bruce D.
