BATON ROUGE - Friday morning, State Representative Kevin Pearson, R-Slidell will join Department of Health and Hospitals Secretary Bruce D. Greenstein, State Police Crime Lab Director Captain Jim McGuane, East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Sid Gautreaux, East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore and other law enforcement officials to announce that a dangerous and potent synthetic drug known as 25-I, Smiles or N-Bomb has been added to the Controlled Dangerous Substance Act, making it illegal to possess, manufacture or distribute in Louisiana.
