Baton Rouge - The Department of Health and Hospitals-Office of Public Health and the Louisiana Comprehensive Hemophilia 
Care Center with Tulane University have made arrangements with the Gulf States Hemophilia and Thrombophilia Center in 
Houston, Texas to ensure that patients receive their blood clotting products when needed.
Caregivers and patients may call the following numbers for more information:

The Gulf States Center should be called directly for patients sheltered in Texas and any patients in Louisiana with a 
life or limb threatening bleeding episode requiring hospitalization. For more information on the recovery efforts
