The Department of Health and Hospitals, Office of Public Health, will hold a Public hearing to receive input from the public on the Louisiana Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant as administered by the agency.  The scheduled public hearing will take place on April 28, 2014, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at 628 N 4^th Street (Bienville Building), 1^st Floor, Room 118, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802.  Copies of the grant may be obtained from Avis Richard-Griffin, Policy and Planning LDH-Office of Public Health.
