June 27, 2017 STOP ORDER: Controlled Dangerous SubstanceStop Order becomes final

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jun 27, 2017 - Pursuant to the provisions of La. R.S. 40:996.1 et seq., the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health hereby gives notice of intention to adopt a rule declaring:

1. cyclopropylfentanylN-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylcyclopropanecarboxamide 
2. deschloroketamine 2-phenyl-2(methylamino)cyclohexanone

as dangerous substances and issuing a dangerous substance stop order prohibiting the sale, distribution, manufacture, or dispensing of the substances.

The Emergency Rule was published in the Louisiana Register Vol. 43, No. 07   July 20, 2017.

A Stop Order became effective August 6, 2017. The Stop Order was published in the official state journal, The Advocate.
